Here at Health Equity Jazz, I want to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one! That is why I offer a 21-day return policy on items purchased through my store.

**Please note: masks, shipping charges, and sale items are NOT eligible for return.

If you are just not 100% satisfied with a product, I will accept all returns within 21 days of the delivery date – under the following conditions:

  • If the product you received is in its original condition, you have 21 days from the delivery date to receive a refund for the value of the product minus shipping costs.
  • Store credit and/or even exchanges are available. The balance remaining on exchanges that are less than the amount of the original product will be subject to the policy.
  • In order to return a package, you must send an email to within 21 days of your delivery date. All refunds and exchanges MUST be confirmed via email before your request can be processed. Any package returned without a confirmation email will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at your expense. 
  • In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the original packing slip showing the order number from must be included in the return package.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, all gifts and promotional material associated with the product purchased must be included in the return package.

IMPORTANT: Refunds or exchanges may be subject to the following conditions:

  • Masks and sale items will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Shipping charges which may be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Refusal to replace or refund items not submitted within the specified time frames.
  • If you would like me to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, a $8.99 charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
