Here at Health Equity Jazz, I want to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one! That is why I offer a 21-day return policy on items purchased through my store.

**Please note: masks, shipping charges, and sale items are NOT eligible for return.

If you are just not 100% satisfied with a product, I will accept all returns within 21 days of the delivery date – under the following conditions:

  • If the product you received is in its original condition, you have 21 days from the delivery date to receive a refund for the value of the product minus shipping costs.
  • Store credit and/or even exchanges are available. The balance remaining on exchanges that are less than the amount of the original product will be subject to the policy.
  • In order to return a package, you must send an email to contact@healthequityjazz.com within 21 days of your delivery date. All refunds and exchanges MUST be confirmed via email before your request can be processed. Any package returned without a confirmation email will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at your expense. 
  • In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the original packing slip showing the order number from HealthEquityJazz.com must be included in the return package.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, all gifts and promotional material associated with the product purchased must be included in the return package.

IMPORTANT: Refunds or exchanges may be subject to the following conditions:

  • Masks and sale items will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Shipping charges which may be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Refusal to replace or refund items not submitted within the specified time frames.
  • If you would like me to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, a $8.99 charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
